Sant Martí d'Empuries and Sant Pere Pescador (25min)

Leaving Empuriabrava to the south, there are kilometers of fine sandy beach. With pine forests, the ruins of Empuriabrava and the Pyrenees in the background. In the afternoon, it is often possible to see thousands of colorful kitesurfers sailing in the bay, the famous ones.

La Foradada (65min)

La Foradada, the natural tunnel that crosses the Cap Castell from side to side. With 50 m long, 3 m high and 11 m wide, it is the longest in Catalonia, so it is very popular with visitors who cross it by boat, kayak or in the “golondrinas”.

Medas Islands (90min)

The landscape of the Medes Islands is one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava. Once a spiritual, military and pirate refuge, today they are a protected area where birds nest and species seek shelter. Thanks to the spectacular richness of its seabed, this archipelago of seven islets is one of the best reserves of marine flora and fauna in the western Mediterranean and is considered a paradise for divers. There are buoy fields (free of charge).

Cadaqués and Port Lligat (65-75min)

From the sea you can see a completely white village with a church that stands out for its size and its undulating plant. Cadaqués is the village of painters, poets and artists. As if time had stopped, its narrow streets, stores and restaurants will arouse your curiosity.

Right next door is Port Lligat, a harbor protected from the waves and wind, perfect for spending the day. It has a buoy field (for a fee) where you can anchor and disembark. Between a vineyard and a sandy beach is the house where the famous painter Dalí lived.

Cap de Creus (90min)

The easternmost point of the Iberian Peninsula. It is a totally protected area. You will find beautiful coves where you can anchor to get inspired and take unforgettable pictures. Cala Bona, Cala Jugadora, Cala Fredosa and the Cueva del Infierno, a wonder of nature created by the erosion of water on rock. And if time and waves permit, you can reach Cala Culip, a real hidden treasure.
